In October 2008, we power washed and repainted the exterior siding of this 3,900 sq’ home, we used the most recommended product, Cabot's Latex solid body stain.   After the siding on the house was finished, we started repainting the railings, screened porch, and  floor boards on the back deck. Once we were done, the home owner asked us for an estimate on repainting their 3 bay garage- kennel combo. So, we also repainted their 1,450 sq’ garage on the  back of their property located on Woodland Trace, (private Rd) off of Greenville Loop Rd.

We originally submitted an estimate to repaint the interior of this 3,000 sq' home located in Johnson Farm's on Split Rail Drive. The home owners decided to hire a painter who works by himself, he was paid 1/2 and was then asked to leave because the customers were not satisfied with his quality of work or professionalism. We finished the rest of the painting as well as fixing most of the first painters mistakes, and even had to patch holes in rooms the guy declared complete.

In 2006 I repainted the interior and exterior of this customers 3,800 sq’ luxury home in Wilmington, NC(middle photo). After this house was finished, he asked us if we had any time to repaint the interior and exterior of his 1,450 sq‘ beach home. In May 2008 we repainted the trim, door, and ceilings in his beach home, as well as the exterior trim, and doors. We also caulked the interior and exterior trim which was forgotten by the company he hired to paint the house 3 months prior to us finishing the job. The first painter did such a horrible job on the interior, that he decided to have us repaint it since he already knew the quality of our work.

We repainted this 1,900 sq’ Condo in Caneel Cove Condominium Complex in January of 2008. We  used a combination of pastel purple to enhance the layout and detail of this unit, to make the home feel larger than it is, and to provide a neutral but warm color which is inviting to any buyer. The kitchens pastel yellow is used as the back drop for the soft purple of the living room, and  tricks the eye into thinking it's seeing more space. Once the walls went from flat white, to pastel purple in a satin sheen, every little detail popped out at you.

In late October 2007, we were contracted to remove the vines that had grown on the trim in the front of the house and paint where necessary. We had to scrape off all the stickers that were stayed on the trim when the vines were removed, and sand what didn't get scraped off. Then we had to prime and apply 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Duration exterior paint to any piece of trim that had damaged, and refinish their Mahogany frond door with stain and polyurethane.

The porch was in OK shape, we had to bleach everything before painting, and caulk some cracks, and we only had to apply 1 coat of Sherwin Williams Duration because the base coat was still in tact.
