Professional Touch Painting was contracted on 5/24/08 by Tri Coast Contractors of Wilmington, NC to repaint four access ladders on the back side of each buildings. Following the successful completion of the ladders, Tri Coast Contractors agreed hire us to repaint many other areas in The Fourm Shopping Center. This additional contract included the repair and repainting of 60 columns ranging between 12 - 36 feet high. Before we left we were also asked to repair and repaint the ceilings of the store entrances, repaint 20 metal trash can enclosures, and touch up all exterior Stucco. A month later Mr. Hales hired us to repair 5 bay walls at a carwash and paint them when finished.
2. General Motors

Professional Touch Painting was chosen to complete the painting for Choate Construction of Raleigh, NC’s latest project. This 11,000 Sq Foot remodel was drafted for the Hendricks family, owners of Jeff Gordon’s NASCAR Team. We started this project in June 2008 in Wilmington, NC, and made multiple return trips to paint one or two rooms at a time to meet the owners request by staying open throughout the remodel. Phase 1 of this project included finishing the walls, trim, and doors in the Sales Office's, Bathroom's, Part's Department, Break Room, Service Bay, Customer Lounge Area, and the Main Showroom.
3. Cashwell Enterprises

Professional Touch Painting has completed many commercial and residential projects for Steven Cashwell, owner of Van Eden Farms in Burgaw, NC. In September of 2007 we repaired and repainted a unit in the North Kerr Office Park in Wilmington, Mr. Cashwell owns 4-5 units. In April of 2008 we repainted the new office building for Van Eden Farms located on Wrightsville Beach, NC. The new office building included the repair and repainting of all interior trim, ceilings, bathroom, closets, fireplace, and doors. The additional work requested included sealing and repainting the exterior trim, boxing, entryways, and utility boxes. Most recently, Mr. Cashwell requested an estimate to repaint the exterior of another rental property he owns.
