1. Michelle Gurerra
Our first contract with Mrs. Gurerra was signed in July 2008, when we repainted one of her client’s house's before listing on the market. Satisfied with our quality and speed, Michelle hired us to repaint a few of her personal properties. The first home we refinished was located in Johnson Farms of Wilmington, NC, only required repainting the walls. The second home was challenging, severely abused over the years, we sprayed all trim, doors, cabinets, window frames, baseboards, then cut and rolled the walls twice. Happy with our work, Michelle referred Professional Touch Painting to her Property Management, Real-Estate, Rental Agency, and personal contacts. We have received many business opportunities through the referrals from Michelle Gurerra and SeaCoast Reality. In January 2009 we removed the texture on some textured ceilings that were water damaged, removed some wall paper, amd fixed some cracks on a cathedral ceiling for a client of Michelle's.

Mr. Cashwell is also a residential customer of ours, in October 2006 Myself, and two other painters refinished the deck of Mr. Cashwells home in a beautiful residential neighborhood on the Intercostal in Wilmington, NC. Following the completion of the deck, I personally managed the crew of 6 painters that was hired to repaint the interior of Mr. Cashwell’s 3,600 Sq foot home. The painting work done in this house was all level 5 (highest quality offered), we hand brushed all trim with oil based semi-gloss. We have continued to do work for Mr. Cashwell several times a year.

Professional Touch Painting completed a few small residential remodels on the weekends for Sam Erwin between 2006 and 2007. Mr. Erwin also hired us to repaint the interior and exterior of his 2,500 Sq foot home in Wilmington, NC at the end of 2007. Over the last 3 years Mr. Erwin has recommended Professional Touch Painting to many of his personal and business contacts in Wilmington, and the surrounding areas.

Professional Touch Painting hired to repaint Dr. Ferenc’s home after hiring a painter who bailed once he got paid. We cleaned up behind these sloppy painters fixing faulty repairs, re-patching walls, caulking where they didn‘t, priming where they didn‘t, and fixing the crooked lines in every room of the house. The only room that required a complete repaint was the Family Room because it looked so bad. Since we avoided repainting the whole house like expected, this couple was very happy, and couldn’t believe our honesty. Marie and Ferenc have also hired us to repaint their exterior trim, garage, and kitchen appliances. When we were finished with all the work, Marie and Ferenc sent me a reference letter online.

6. Mary Stockton-Clark

In July of 2008 we were hired to repaint the interior walls of Mrs. Stockton-Clark’s newly purchased home in Hampstead, NC. This home was only three years old; however it had been painted over and over by the previous owners, and need a lot of work. We spent extra time in this home sanding away roller lines, patching holes, and removing picture hangers, before we could apply two coats of Sherwin Williams Satin paint. Mary also requested for us to sand and stain her deck when we had an opening in our schedule. Mrs. Stockton-Clark has referred us to her friends and contacts in the area, and we have already completed a job through one of her referrals. In January 2009 we power washed the exterior of Mrs. Clark's house, and fixed some joint tape that had started to drop. Stockton-Clark’s Recommendation Letter:

7. Jim Cook

In July of 2008 we received a request from an out of state resident who needed to paint their second home in Leland, NC. At the customer’s request, Professional Touch Painting submitted an estimate, and our references via e-mail to Mr. Cook’s office in Michigan. Mr. Cook contacted me the following day after reviewing my references and talking with my past clients and hired us on the phone. We applied two coats of paint on all the walls, repaired the family room ceiling, and repainted some trim and doors. I received a check before we were even finished, and offered to send him pictures of our finished work, but Mr. Cook said he was 100% comfortable with this transaction and needed no pictures. About 6 weeks later Jim e-mailed me saying his sister stopped by the house when she was in town and said it looked great.
